• Pilot of Te Korowai Kounga launched with 50 programmes
• Development of quality assurance programme Te Korowai Kounga, The Cloak of Quality

2008

• Development assistance for OSCAR Providers with CYF
• OSCAR Certificate partnership developed with The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand
• Find An OSCAR Programme launched
• Peter Heaslip Scholarship developed
• Making OSCAR Matter Report published
• The OSCAR Foundation OSCAR Conference held in Auckland

2007

• First OSCAR Foundation Conference held in the South Island
• “Go Kids!” Hip Hop launch events
• Tina Green awarded Winston Churchill Fellowship

2006

• New OSCAR website launched
• OSCAR In The Park events
