OSCAR Certificate - The Open Polytechnic

Enrolment
Your OSCAR Certificate enrolment form cannot be processed until it is complete (i.e. all of the required documentation received). The best thing to do to ensure your enrolment form is successful is to read the Guide to Enrolment Form in the Enrolment Pack.
We have put together some of the main things to look out for when completing the enrolment form:

The Enrolment Form must be completed, signed and dated

The Entry Requirements Form must be completed, signed and dated by your programme supervisor/ manager/ coordinator

Current Police Vet: Attach a copy of a satisfactory police vet (within the last 2 years).

Payment: Must accompany your verified ID
