Traffic Light Ice Blocks
What you need:
450g strawberries
180 ml runny honey
3 large juicy ripe peaches, peeled, stoned and sliced
3 large juicy ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
In a food processor, blend the strawberries and then sieve the puree to get rid of the seeds. Stir 60ml of the honey into the strawberry puree. Then pour the strawberry puree into ice-block moulds until one third full and freeze until firm - about 1 hour. Repeat this process with the peaches and 60 ml of the honey. Pour onto the set strawberry moulds and allow to set. Finally repeat this process again with the kiwi fruit and the rest of the honey. Then add the add this mixture to the moulds until they are full and freeze until firm.
