It is sometimes difficult to find an OSCAR programme in your community. Here are some ideas which might help.
Ask at your child's school about services that are run locally. Some schools provide OSCAR on site or have an arrangement with a nearby provider who picks children up from the school grounds.
Contact your local council, community facility or library about their holiday programmes. The numbers should be in the white pages of your phone book.
Check the list of OSCAR Networks for one in your region. They may hold information on different types of services available locally.
The OSCAR Foundation keeps a database of OSCAR services throughout New Zealand.
Some employers hold lists of local OSCAR services or provide programmes for their own staff.
